What is AI Lead Flow?
AI Lead Flow connects to your WhatsApp Business number and answers customers for you. It books appointments, records order requests and qualifies leads, then follows up with reminders and updates. Your team sees every conversation in one inbox and can take over at any time.
Will the AI make things up?
It is designed not to. The assistant only answers from information you give it: your services, prices, hours, policies and, if connected, your store system. It cannot quote a price or availability that our system did not return, and it reads order details back to the customer before recording them. When it does not know something, it says the team will check and hands the conversation to your staff.
How do bookings work?
The assistant offers free slots based on your opening hours, staff and existing bookings, and can sync with Google Calendar. Customers pick a time in the chat, and can reschedule or cancel with a button. Reminders go out automatically.
Do I need an online store for orders?
No. AI Lead Flow records order requests: what the customer wants, the quantity, the price you listed and their delivery details. Your team confirms it. We are not a shop or a payment system, so you keep using your own store, POS or delivery process. If you have a store system, it can be connected so the assistant answers from your live catalogue.
Who owns the conversation data?
